Hello Friends...I have a triathlon TOMORROW!!!

I have been officially training for this triathlon for about nine weeks. I have mostly followed my training plan. I have taken the plunge into the ocean three times, they weren't pretty swims but I made it through. I practiced swimming in the lake during vacation three times. So a total of six open water swims to help me get comfortable, I wouldn't say I'm comfortable but I know I can do it.

I'm nervous and a little scared about tomorrow. I am also excited about doing something I have never done before. I don't have a time goal in mind my main goal is to finish the race. I do know that the swim is my weakest leg of the race so I will be happy to get it over with first.

This morning I picked up my race packet and went over some of the transition tips with my friends. Right now I am packing all my gear and then I will check, double check and then triple check everything.

I also think I might sneak in a little nap today. I have a feeling it's going to be restless night for me. I always worry that I'm going to sleep in so I end up waking up almost every hour the night before a race.
