Run for today and other stuff

For some reason I am still hanging onto this terrible cough and can't seem to shake it. I took all of last week off in hopes of getting rid of it. Today I decided to get out and run a small 3 mile run @ 9:40 pace.

This week is my taper week since the big race is on Sunday. That's why I ran 3 miles, at the end I didn't feel awful just a lot of coughing. I am focusing on resting, easy runs and hydration.

David bought me a new race outfit for the big race, it's super cute from Lululemon. I'm getting excited and a little nervous.

I was invited to tour the new Whole Foods in Huntington beach today. It was a lot of fun and I can't wait to dish the details with you!
