I am not very good at making stretching a priority. I know stretching is a really important element to any type of exercise. So I am trying to make a better effort to stretch after every run, and after my weight training sessions.

I have the best stretching partner ever made. I'm not sure why I wouldn't want to stretch all the time! She calls it "scratching".

Here is a video from Spark People (I love this site!!). This is what I try to do after a run. It's only four minutes. There really is no excuse.
