Run for today

I was pretty sore this morning and I did not want to get out of bed and run! But I did. I'm not sure if I'm soo sore from swimming yesterday or the weights but either way I am hurting. Since I took last week off from running I am starting the week off with lower miles than I had planned.

I have another run planned for Friday and I think I am going to keep it in the three mile range. I also have a run planned after swim on Saturday morning, that will be a 5 mile run.
