Run for today- Easy Run

This week has been a great recovery week. I have felt tired this week but I don't think it has anything to do with running. It is probably because we have been getting ready for school to start and there has been a lot of preparation and thought into the new season rapidly approaching. More on that in another post, I promise! 

On Wednesday I ran an easy 6 mile run. My goal pace was 9:50.

For Tonight's run, I had an easy 5 mile run set at 9:50 pace. I ran with a friend and didn't really pay attention to my pace like I do when I'm alone. It was fun to chat it makes the time go by quickly. It ended up being a great run even without paying attention to my pace.
