Run for today

I have felt pretty tired lately in the mornings. I don't know if it's the crazy Tuesday 4 a.m. swims I have added in lately or just everything that needs to get done in a day. I slept in today and decided I would run later in the evening. My husband was very sweet and offered to make dinner tonight, gotta love Trader Joe's and their easy food. This is what dinner looked like minus the edamame plus broccoli.

My workout plans have looked like this for the last month or so:

Monday- Run 4.5-5 miles, P90 Ab ripper video level 1/2
Tuesday- 1 hour swim , P90 Sculpt (weights) video
Wednesday - Run 5, P90 Ab ripper video level 3/4
Thursday - 1 hour swim, P90 Sculpt video
Friday- Run 5 miles, Ab ripper video level 1/2
Saturday- 1 hour swim, 7-10 mile run

I am tweaking a few things for a future race that I have planned...I will let you know as soon as I have the courage to click the register button. :)

Just started reading a new book I picked up at the library this week it's called: Personal Record: A Love Affair with Running by Rachel Toor.  Love the author's wit, most running books I have tried to read have been dry and a bit boring, this one is the polar opposite.

I'm off to bed I have an early morning swim and then a DMV appointment!! Hope I pass the test otherwise I will be really really thankful the area is soo biker friendly! :)
