Greek Love

I am loving Greek food lately! I have a Greek roasted chicken that makes it into my dinner rotation about twice a month. Everyone in this house gets excited about greek night. We make fresh pita bread (easier than you think), hummus and Greek salad to go along side the chicken. I am a firm believer in enjoying a great meal and sometimes it can be hard not to go overboard with portions on great meal nights...but there is always a little something to look forward to when you save the leftovers for tomorrow...it's like a tiny reward for being good....Greek Wrap for lunch!! It's sorta like re-living the entire delish dinner in one tidy compact naturally portion controlled piece of heaven.


Greek Chicken Wrap
(whole wheat tortilla, hummus, romaine lettuce, feta, kalamata olives, tomatoes, greek dressing)

Recipes? I need a recipe for the greek roasted chicken and the pitas? pleeze.
